When do new drops go live?
Every morning at 9 AM UK time.
Each drop lasts 24 hours or until sold out — whichever comes first.
Do you restock sold-out drops?
No.
Once a drop sells out, it’s gone for good.
That’s what makes SneakDrop a true daily flash sale.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship same or next working day via Royal Mail Tracked 24.
Most customers receive their order within 1–3 working days.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.
Can I return my order?
Yes — within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn and in the original box.
Email support@sneakdrop.shop to start a return.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet.
Right now SneakDrop ships UK-only, but international shipping is coming soon.
I entered the wrong address — what should I do?
Contact support@sneakdrop.shop as quickly as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll update the address for you.
Can I reserve a pair before the drop?
No reservations — it’s first come, first served.
Enable push notifications or check the site daily at 9 AM to catch the next drop.
